Progress along the path to Enlightenment through meditation and mindfulness centered on love and light.
Bhakti is the spiritual practice of love. Raja is the spiritual practice of light. Bhakti-Raja is when love reaches the level where light appears in a sacred experience of the divine.
Enlightenment is the ultimate journey. It is a revelation of the greatest love and the most profound existential beauty.
The LoveLight Sangha is centers on yoga as a path to enlightenment. The practice includes all four paths of yoga — Bhakti (love and heart), Jnana (understanding and insight), Karma (right action), and Raja (light), as well as Tibetan Tantra, Buddhism, Zen, Taoism, and more, distilled and adapted for life in modern society.

Together, these inspirations orient the Sangha toward Enlightenment as love, light, and truth.
Our focus is Enlightenment itself. Not just any one refraction of its purity—Buddhism, yoga, Christianity, Vipassana, or any particular tradition one may identify with—but them all. True practice exists beyond any single practice. Enlightenment is a love and commitment to the teaching of which there is only one ontological reality.
Here, we seek to uncover the universal truths that echo across paradigms and eras, religions and teachers—distilling those truths so they may clearly point to the one liberating factor within them all: an aspiration toward ultimate awakening, expressed through meditation, mindfulness, and a direct comprehension of the nature of life and consciousness.
I name it Enlightenment.
Enlightenment is ontological and nonsectarian. It is the universal attractor behind all authentic practices, and the seed from which they originally arose.
In our study together, we gather around it as a central focus, studying its many forms and expressions, cherishing them all, so we may access the true center to which they point in the direct experience of light and love.
Love includes heart. It is a dimension of intelligence that makes us free, unassailable, and true to ourselves. It moves with compassion, kindness, and fearlessness. It includes the heart as a faculty of knowing, the apprehension of the other, the expansion of the circle of self — so that one may know the universe by being the universe and may know the other by being the other. Love is light: the fabric of consciousness, the essence of mind, the fabric of the soul.
Light is the substrate of all forms and existence. It is directly perceivable, a palpable mystical experience available to ordinary people. Through this practice we purify the soul, renew the spirit, and return to our abiding home within. When we enter the light, we dissolve the dross and accumulation of the past and reenter the now in innocence and purity. Light awakens the energy field, the astral body, and the chakras. It is our secret, our means of transformation. It is beyond the mind — being the mind, but not its contents — allowing us to find the way by being the way, and moving by letting go. Light is the visual manifestation of love.
Mindfulness is the waking hours of our practice: the impeccability, the attention, the listening. It is living a consecrated life devoted to something greater, something that gives meaning and substance to all our endeavors. It develops a powerful field of attention between meditations, turning our lives into a walking meditation. Through doing one thing at a time and offering full attention, we refine our form, our mind, our actions. Mindfulness allows us to live in the light, live in the heart, and cultivate the faculty that apprehends beauty from moment to moment. It is the mindful application of kindness, gratitude, impeccability, positivity, gentleness, and love.
As a Sangha we hold a wavelength together — a world we step into, a community coloring existence with something beautiful. It reminds us of our practice and deepens a gravity well of spirituality, consciousness, and enlightenment. A Sangha is not a course; a course ends and follows a rigid curriculum. A Sangha adapts. It grows with you, evolves from moment to moment, week to week, month to month, year to year. A Sangha requires individual practice, beautiful friendships, and community — being part of something greater than oneself. It is the independent as practice, the interdependent as relationship, and the intra-dependent as community.
Our Sangha has a unique predilection of understanding. It complements our mathematical and programming practice yet stands entirely on its own. A well-structured mind supports inner spiritual dimensions, while Sangha empowers intellectual cultivation. Those who meditate deeply and dissolve into the light awaken the capacity to perceive truth within mathematical abstraction and structure. Some will participate in both paths; some will begin with one and find their way to the other. They support one another as dimensions of intelligence.
This year we are building the LoveLight Sangha — a modern spiritual community distilled of all denominations, yet honoring the wisdom of all paths. A practice adapted to a futuristic technological world, using technology to bring us together while preserving what truly matters. We hold both digital and in-person presence. Join us to progress on the path to enlightenment, to awaken into greater beauty, love, and freedom. By transforming ourselves, we create a world of sacredness — because sacredness is what matters. To discover within us the dimension that knows the truth: that love matters, that eternity is perfect, that we are children of a beautiful universe.

Support the Sangha without Participation
For those who may feel the gravity of what is shared here, but who may not be ready to step into the practice together, to attend its events, or to participate in its program, I invite you to join as a patron of this study and of those who seek this practice. By doing so, you support the mission of this Sangha, empower its efforts, and expand its reach. It is only through participation and support that this program can truly thrive.
Some of you may have known me since I was a child, or for the last decade or more as you watched me in deep practice. Some of you may be reading these words for the first time. Whomever you may be, I invite you to support this important mission — an ancient mission in a modern world that can benefit from its purification and love, its power and wisdom.
No attendance or participation required.
From those who have worked with the Teacher
Before meeting Adam, I viewed enlightenment as a mythological concept and never dreamed or considered that it could be possible for me. That quickly changed when Adam introduced me to such beautiful, never-before-seen realms of light that were there all along but simply obscured by ordinary vision. These states were glowing, golden, molten, clear, utterly luminous, clarifying, healing, and revealed naturally, profound universal truths.
While in these states, I often had the feeling that this was the type of mystical awareness Jesus had. It reminded me of certain Tibetan paintings where Buddhas were depicted in black and gold.
Gradually, with each mystical voyage, my being expanded ever-infinitely, touching somewhere luminously eternal and tear-sheddingly glorious. Experiencing meditation with him is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. I know firsthand that it can be life-changing.
Meditating with Adam
for over six years
I approached Adam’s work with skepticism at first. Choosing to trust him and join turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made.
Some people teach. Some people transmit. From the first moment I encountered Adam’s work, I felt I had found a language that speaks to both the mind and the heart. You feel seen, and you feel safe.
Adam’s methods completely revolutionized my teaching mindset. They inspired me to create lessons that are more engaging, intuitive, and meaningful for my students.
Meditating with Adam connects me with a state of absorption where I’m no longer even conscious that I’m meditating. It has made meditation a stable and meaningful part of my life.
I have been lucky enough to spend a lot of time in meditation with Adam; the practice has been absolutely transformative for me—my mind is so much calmer now, my previous self might find me unrecognizable.
What transformed me wasn’t just learning calculus or linear algebra; it was the shift from mechanical problem-solving to what Adam calls autotelic engagement — doing mathematics for the pure joy of it, for discovery and exploration, like dancing and painting.
Adam Wes is a teacher of meditation and the path to enlightenment. His work centers on love and heart, which inform everything he offers. His background in mathematics and physics bring a rare clarity and power to his meditation teaching. Mathematics develops a well-structured, and coherent mind. When the mind reaches a high degree of order, it becomes more capable of stillness, lucidity, and transcendence. This is why mathematics has always been a profoundly valuable center of Adam's work as a meditation teacher. Mathematics and meditation share a single interest: truth. Both cultivate clarity, establish order, and lead to freedom and knowledge.
Adam’s life integrates meditation, teaching, creative work, and livelihood into a single commitment to enlightenment. Light and love are central. Mathematics refines the mind. Coding extends intelligence into direct expression. Meditation dissolves the sense of self into silence and freedom. This integration reflects an ancient paradigm found in early wisdom traditions, where intelligence and love are inseparable, and awakening arises through clarity, beauty, and heart.
Namaste dear friend. The time is now. This movement, this Sangha, is happening now, and your participation is essential. I welcome you to step into this practice with us. There is no need to wait any longer. Participate in the growth of the Sangha by committing to your own transformation and joining us.
Enlightenment is a panacea—a universal healer. It truly is. It gives rise to a deep and lasting uncaused happiness. No matter who we are, what we are facing in our lives, or what level of evolution we find ourselves in, enlightenment offers the next step in our growth, our healing, and our awakening. Enlightenment is a journey into the divine light. It is a return to the essence of life and love.
Enlightenment heals us by washing away the impurities of the past, the residue that obscures our childlike perfection, our intrinsic nature, and our eternal bliss.
